We have two class options – Monday & Tuesday.
Improve your muscle and core strength through a guided series of exercises using small weights. Classes may be offered onsite (face-to-face) or via Zoom depending on Covid Safe restrictions in place at the time. Weights can be loaned for home use. Classes will be on Zoom during lockdown restrictions.
Mondays 9am – 10am
