Improve your muscle and core strength through a guided series of exercises using small weights. We have two class options – Monday & Tuesday. (Please note that Monday’s class is currently full). Due to Covid Safe restrictions classes are offered via Zoom & onsite (face-to-face). Weights can be loaned.
