Gentle exercises are great for improving overall fitness and wellbeing, improve cardiovascular health, core and muscular strength, balance and flexibility as we age. The classes include walking, standing and chair exercises using chi balls, scarves and light hand weights and are most suitable for anyone with moderate mobility issues. The hour long sessions have a good pace with time for a short break and a chat. If you like to exercise in a small group this class beats walking or exercising alone.
