You can do this class at the House or at home on Zoom. We can show you how to use Zoom or you can access the class here on our large screen. Gentle exercises can improve your overall fitness and wellbeing by exercising the cardiovascular system, core and muscular strength and increasing balance and flexibility. The routine includes walking, standing and chair exercises using chi balls, scarves and light hand weights and is most suitable for anyone with moderate mobility issues.
