Prior booking and payment is required for all enrolled classes and activities. Full payment of term fees is due prior to commencement of any course or activity. Some term fees may be paid in two separate payments at the start and mid-way through term. Pro-rata term payments may be requested in exceptional circumstances (such as illness or caring responsibilities for 4 or more consecutive weeks) and granting of pro-rata payment is at the discretion of the manager. Pro-rata payments may incur a small administration fee loading. Please feel free contact the Manager if you have had a significant health or personal issue.

Weekly (casual) rates are not available for term activities or courses (unless otherwise specifically stated).

New participants or visitors trying out a class must complete an enrolment form for purposes of collecting data necessary to administer courses and activities in line with relevant privacy laws. Payment of a try-out class may be waived at the discretion of the manager.

Cancellation Policy

The House may cancel a course or activity if there are insufficient bookings. Courses or activities cancelled by the House will be fully refunded. Cancellation by participants must be made at least 5 days prior to the start of a course or activity and 14 days prior to a one-off workshop (e.g. Felting).  Canellation by participants may incur a $10 administration fee at the discretion of the manager.

Refunds or transfers cannot be made once a course or activity has commenced except in exceptional circumstances (at the discretion of the manager).
