For all those with fond memories of the “school–girl” novels by Elsie J. Oxenham, the Abbey Girls of Victoria is for you! With a focus on the books of Elsie J. Oxenham’s Abbey Series, our group of like-minded bookaholics meets to share our love of the Abbey novels. Meetings involve lunch, afternoon tea, an interesting activity and occasionally some English Country Dancing. New readers are most welcome to join.
