Gentle exercises are great for improving core and muscular strength, cardiovascular efficiency and flexibility. The class includes gentle walking and chair exercises using chi balls, scarves and light hand weights. This program is suitable for anyone with moderate mobility or pain issues. The classes have a good pace with time for a chat and a tea break. Tutor: Ruth Smithson
