As we get older gentle exercises are great for improving core and muscular strength, cardiovascular efficiency and flexibility. This class includes  walking and chair exercises using chi balls, scarves and light hand weights and is suitable for anyone with moderate mobility or pain issues. Classes have a good pace with time for a chat and tea break. Tutor: Ruth Smithson
