Gentle exercises are great for improving core and muscular strength, cardiovascular efficiency and flexibility. This class includes gentle walking and chair exercises using chi balls, scarves and light hand weights and is suitable for anyone with moderate mobility or pain issues. All abilities are welcome and classes have a good pace with time for a chat and tea break. Tutor: Ruth Smithson
