Bennettswood Neighbourhood House offers affordable activities and venue space in response to needs identified within the community. The House receives partial funding from the Victorian Government Neighbourhood Houses Coordination Program and the City of Whitehorse Community Partnerships. This recurrent funding is supplemented by activity fees, grants and donations.

The House is governed by a volunteer Committee of Management. Operations are delegated to the Manager. The office is staffed for a minimum of 25 hours per week. The House is available for community use all year round, including weekends and public holidays.

The committee and staff of Bennettswood Neighbourhood House acknowledge the Wurundjeri people of the Kulin Nation as the traditional custodians of the land on which we meet and celebrate community and pay respect to elders past, present and emerging.
